Account Director

Who are we looking for: Account Director.

What will you do:

• Relationship building and brand ambassador for the Agency
• Business approach to leading account within the Agency
• Strategic management (overall health and performance of the account)
• Effective channel, strategies and creative implemented to achieve objectives
• Workflow process (implementation and continuous improvement)
• Operational management (timing plans, resource capacity management, managing profitability, driving operational efficiencies, financial management)

What will you need:

• 3 –5 Years on the job experience
• An in-depth understanding of the key departments, processes and structure within an advertising agency
• Experience with working with senior clients across multiple stakeholders
• The ability to own a project from start to finish (strategy to roll-out)
• Must be PC literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - preferably with experience working CHASE software

Qualification Required:

• Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification)
• Project management course
