Junior Financial Administrator

A logistics company, based in Honeydew Gauteng, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Junior Financial Administrator to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start or build their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Maintain accurate financial records and databases
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration

Skills & Qualifications:

• A relevant degree or qualification in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
