Business Development Manager

Location: Gauteng (Nietgedacht Office, with site travel as required)

Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and tenders
• Support Design Consultants and Key Account Managers in negotiations, pricing, and meetings
• Develop and implement growth strategies aimed at revenue generation and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Manage national contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Oversee sales administration and reporting
• Assist in closing deals and following up on customer queries
• Coordinate tender submissions and manage national key accounts

Performance Will Be Measured By:

• Daily tasks with monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
• Regular feedback and performance discussions

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 (compulsory)
• Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Horticulture, or related field
• Strong relationship-building and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proven negotiation and sales skills
