Farm production manager (ee)

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 3 years previous vegetable farm management experience
• Previous production management experience
• Previous vegetable experience highly advantageous (Cabbage, potatoes, Hubbard squash, green mealies and spinach)
• Computer literate
• Must be someone who get things done, who is extremely organized and who works well under pressure
• Must be results driven
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Effective verbal and communication skills
• Valid drivers license
