Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Processing and negotiation of payments and final accounts.
• Review and approval of subcontractor quotations and payments.
• Measurement and valuation of variations.
• Adherence to project budgets and cost reporting.
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials.
• Regular site visits and progress meetings.
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3-7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (CSS) & BuildSmart.
• Valid Drivers License and own vehicle.
