Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience in a high-end hotel or resort.
  • Strong background in event management and planning.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for brand promotion and guest engagement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
