About the role:
Legalwise seeks to employ a Field Sales Manager to recruit and train Independent Contractors and seeing to their accreditation in accordance with legislative requirements. The incumbent will further have to effectively and efficiently manage appointed Independent Contractors in accordance with set sales targets, plan, budget and execute sales drives and motivate and assist Independent Contractors with quality sales of the LEZA products.
You will be responsible for:- Recruiting and training Independent Contractors.
- Ensuring Independent Contractors are accredited before allowing them to sell policies.
- Managing Independent Contractors to achieve set targets.
- Planning and managing appointments for Independent Contractors.
- Planning and executing sales drives.
- Identifying and opening new Stop Order facilities.
- Quality control of new business submitted by Independent Contractors.
- Motivating and assisting Independent Contractors with their daily duties.
- Managing and controlling acquisition costs to budget and plan.
- Engagement and Relationship Building with Stakeholders in the Field.
- Management of Assets.
- Reporting on Activities and Sales Productivity.
- Delivering Presentations at Work Sites.
- Early morning pick-up of Independent Contractors from home to worksites.
- 80% travelling required.
- Matric or recognized equivalent.
- Two year’s sales experience.
- Managerial experience is essential
- Experience with Stop Order facilities stakeholders
- Recruitment skills.
- Building a successful team.
- Good quality control skills
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with a strong focus on developing others
- Problem solving to identify and navigate through challenges to ensure continuity in operations.
- Time Management to prioritise tasks, manage schedules with maximum productivity.
- Valid driver’s license and PDP essential.
- ITC/criminal check will be a requirement.
- PI Assessment will be a requirement.
