Internal Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a dynamic highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Representative who will, through understanding customers needs, be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through calls and e-mails and helping the sales team close sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, e-mail campaigns, and other methods.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Handle enquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt resolution and maximum
- Achieve monthly sales targets and proactively contribute to sales growth initiatives.
- Respond to customer sales enquiries promptly, preparing and submitting quotations within specified
- Provide exceptional service to telephone and online/e-mail sales clients, addressing their needs with
- Track and update customer information in the CRM database
- Monitor customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with outside the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions.
- Assist the sales team with sales administrative duties such as compiling quotations, processing customer
- Assist the sales team with arranging appointments with prospective customers, for product demonstrations and presentation of the business services and products.
- Assist the sales and projects teams in the tender process with administrative duties such as research, cost estimates, etc., as and when needed.
- Manage financial reporting tasks, including processing quotes, creating invoices, and generating purchase orders.
- Assist the sales team with enquiries and support their activities as needed.
- Update internal price lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Always keep the customer database up to date.

Requirements:
- Matic, + any additional training and qualification within sales responsibilities.
- 3+ years of proven internal sales experience in the engineering, mining or agricultural field.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English ~ French an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, work independently and well in a team, and perform under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills
