- Distributing relevant internal information
- Setting up training attendance and supplier meetings
- Negotiating and managing client trips and fam trips
- Requesting reports for meetings with necessary information
- Planning and executing pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies to maintain relationships
- Meeting client expectations and delivering high-quality service

- Exploring creative ideas and reviewing client offerings
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Negotiating rates and products
- Ensuring effective communication with suppliers and colleagues
- Ensuring client and management expectations are met

- Adhering to deadlines and presenting proposals
- Understanding client target markets and developing products accordingly
- Sharing market research with managers
- Assisting with supplier negotiations

Requirements
Qualifications and Expertise- Matric/Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification in Tourism preferred
- Tourplan knowledge
- Negotiation skills and industry knowledge
- Language skills: English (compulsory), German & French (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Integrity and honesty
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
