Duties:
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, ensuring that all financial records are in line with business goals and objectives.
- Generating accurate financial reports and analyses to provide insight into the company's financial performance.
- Overseeing VAT, PAYE, and other tax-related processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.
- Conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, and advising management on opportunities to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree.
- Completed either SAIPA or SAICA articles.
- Experience:
- 2 Years of Financial Accounting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a retail or fast-paced environment.
