Responsibilities:
- Process and track sales orders.
- Generate and send quotes to customers.
- Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking order history, and resolving customer issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and creating reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
