Where will the successful candidate fit in?
Based within our HR team, the successful candidate will be exposed to the full HR discipline and will be expected to provide strong administrative support.
Key Objectives
  • Organize and maintain employee records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare employee contract documents
  • Prepare WSP reports and submissions.
  • Assist with welcoming new joiners and onboarding process.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. leave trends)
  • Assist with employee queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, overtime and commission)
  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • Participate in HR projects
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience working in an HR Administrator role in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn, self-train, and execute new administrative tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
  • Ability to take ownership of projects
