Position Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitor offerings.
- Create and maintain a target list of prospects.
- Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Drive sales to the company eStore, focusing on the "Smart Desk" and other packaged solutions.
- Understand client needs and pain points to present tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Customize proposals based on client requirements, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor offerings to specific client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential customers.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and regular follow-ups.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand the company's reach.
- Track sales performance using the internal CRM tool and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to align messaging and promotions for all packaged solutions.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to expand eStore offerings to include all packaged solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric is required.
- Any sales-related qualification is advantageous.
