IT Sales Representative

Position Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitor offerings.
  • Create and maintain a target list of prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Drive sales to the company eStore, focusing on the "Smart Desk" and other packaged solutions.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to present tailored solutions.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Customize proposals based on client requirements, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor offerings to specific client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and regular follow-ups.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand the company's reach.
  • Track sales performance using the internal CRM tool and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to align messaging and promotions for all packaged solutions.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to expand eStore offerings to include all packaged solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric is required.
  • Any sales-related qualification is advantageous.
  • Background in IT hardware sales is mandatory.

  • Permanent position based at the company's Head Office in Midstream.
