Electrical Engineer Project Manager
Dante Personnel Century City R 85/month
Responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDoI programme.
The candidate will not be doing Electrical work but will be managing the professional team on a project and will be doing Electrical Reports and Invoice reviews.
Minimum requirements:
- MUST be professionally registered with the ECSA, with at least 3 years post-registration experience (PrEng)
- MUST have a BSc Eng / BTech Eng
- Experience with JBCC and NEC contracts
Duties:
- Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
- Drafting cashflow and programme.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Keeping the server up to date at all times.
- Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
- Managing procurement.
- Managing consultants appointments and performance.
- Managing contractors appointments and performance.
- Complying with all processes and protocols.
- Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
- Checking invoices and their correctness.
- Professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.
- Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.
- Reviews of invoices.
- Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.
- Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.
