Part-Time Bookkeeper
CA Financial Appointments Muizenberg R 120,000/year
I am looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper for my client based in Muizenburg. The role will be 4 hours per day, 5 days a week and will be office based. You have the choice whether to work morning or afternoon. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance of general accounting records
- Timeous processing of all accounting transactions
- Assist with maintenance of asset registers
- Preparation of VAT reconciliation
- Assistance with preparation of budget and budget tracking
- Assistance with audit processes
- AP & AR
- Banking
- BEE: administrative assistance with BEE audit and preparation
- Tenders: administrative assistance with submission of tenders
- Office general: ad-hoc assistance with office administration tasks
- Front Office: relief reception duties undertaken where necessary
Requirements:
- Relevant financial qualification advantageous
- Experience working on Sage
- Strong MS Office Suite knowledge
- Strong attention detail
- Strong communication skills
