Senior Executive Assistant

We’re seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with strong experience in strategic operations, project management, and executive support. This role demands someone who can drive efficiency and contribute to organizational success while supporting the CEO in both administrative and strategic functions.

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO, acting as a key support in managing operations, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management. You'll play a central role in streamlining processes, overseeing special projects, and coordinating with various teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with the CEO to provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making
• Managing and reporting on special projects
• Working with the Business Intelligence team to gather and analyze data for reports and presentations
• Providing executive support and maintaining confidentiality
• Drafting communications, presentations, and reports

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Management, or a relevant discipline
• Over 5 years’ experience in an executive support or operations role, with a focus on project management and analytics
