Requirements:

• Previous experience in 360 agency recruitment or Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and driven to exceed recruitment KPIs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
