Porter Driver

We are looking to recruit a Porter Driver who is responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality and guest experience and exceeding guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression.
As a Porter Driver, you will work in the Front Office department. Your responsibilities include offloading and transferring all guest luggage to the appropriate rooms upon arrival, helping guests with their bags upon departure, room drops, ensuring guest vehicles are parked and retrieved safely, always providing the highest level of guest service, and additional requests and duties not limited to the above.
Requirements:
- Matric
- A valid drivers license is essential
- Minimum three years experience in driving
- Previous relevant upmarket experience in a 4*/5* hotel or equivalent environment
- Minimum one-year hotel experience
- Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays (hospitality hours)
- Willing to help in various departments where needed
