Internal Sales Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Assistant to assist Justine on the internal sales side. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle client relationships, inquiries, and sales processes effectively.This role offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist with order processing, client inquiries, and general sales administration.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
- Order Management: Process orders, track progress, and coordinate deliveries with logistics teams.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and manage CRM systems with accurate records.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in company products to provide informed client advice.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in internal sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Education: Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for quotations and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of basic sales and financial principles (GP, Margin, Sales, Cost of Sales, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to issues.
- Knowledge of the Data Centre or Construction industry is beneficial.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.
- Salary: negotiable.
