Systems Administrator

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. IT Diploma/Degree
3. Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
4. Excellent communication skills
5. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve all system-related inquiries and malfunctions, including those requiring coordination with external service providers.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of critical data within all systems.
• Manage user access rights and permissions across all systems.
• Implement and oversee system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Administer and maintain the company's SharePoint site and email infrastructure.
• Offer guidance and support on business processes as needed.
• Ensure seamless integration between internal systems and those of third-party vendors.
• Deliver training programs on system usage and operational procedures.
• Develop and automate reports for data analysis and decision-making.
• Identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities, including employee awareness training.
• Participate in and contribute to ad-hoc projects that align with the scope of work
