Production manager – fresh produce

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Relevant Diploma/Degree

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in fresh fruit and vegetables

Experience in implementing integrated systems

Computer literate

Excellent understanding and knowledge of effective Packhouse processes and systems

Ability to read and write English

Strong administration & Coordination skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Manager is fully responsible for optimally running the section in the packhouse assigned to.

Ensure production runs productively

Assist in the expansion of operations, increased productivity, and profitable use of facilities

Manage and develop people

Implement and maintain best practice policies and principles

Responsible for all product packed in division

Manage wage effectively

Any other reasonable task assigned by management
