Are you an experienced financial professional looking for a challenging role in the automotive industry?

Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate financial control within the entity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing controls to mitigate key risks.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
• Lead the annual financial audit process.
• Manage the Treasury portfolio, optimize working capital funds, and maintain key funding relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including SARS taxation and FICA requirements.
• Oversee debtor's collection, ensuring credit risk mitigation and timely collections.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring the timely payment of financial obligations.
• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including team management.

Requirements:

• BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in a panel shop environment (automotive industry)
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and compliance standards
