Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate interior design works on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards in materials and workmanship.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Conduct site inspections, reporting on progress and resolving any on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
• Maintain detailed site reports and documentation for ongoing projects.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in interior design site supervision, fit-out projects, or construction.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, designers, and project teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
