Purpose of this position
The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth operations of the facility as well as the managements of staff, satisfaction for the members and delivery of high standard fitness offering.
Requirements for KPAs- Operations
- Manage the day to day facility operations including:
- Brand
- Club look and feel
- Facility upkeep
- Brand standards compliance
- Equipment
- Accurate completion of preventative maintenance schedule
- Health and Safety
- Ensure the compliant completion of all Health and Safety related matters within the facility.

- Manage and resolve all member queries relating to the Operations department

- Able to manage a multi-disciplined team
- Passion for standards and cleanliness
- Experience in fitness/related industry advantage
- Able to work at peak times (including evenings and weekends) essential.
