Recruitment Consultant Position

A dynamic recruitment company based in Durban is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work remotely.

You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing , screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

• Identifying and developing client/business relationships
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Business relationships
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment

1. Matric
2. Experience as a recruitment consultant beneficial
3. A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
5. Strong commercial business acumen
6. A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
7. A winning mentality
8. The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
9. A dedicated , committed hard worker and someone is consistent in their ability to go that extra mile
