Branch Administrator – Stock Controller

Job Description
Maintain leave records and personnel files
Capture invoices of interbranch sales and ensures that files are kept up to date
Capturing of all stock related paperwork
Assisting with monthly stock take
Receives contracts from consultants and submit the contracts to the Credit Controller for approval before delivering the contract for capturing
Qualification & Skills
Grade 12
Qualification in Administration will be advantageous
Stock control experience
3 Years’ administration experience
