Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a knack for sales and leadership? We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Business Development Head to drive growth and manage a team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand the customer base by 20+ per month and recruit 3 new Customer Sales Consultants in 2025.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date planning system for customer data.
• Prospect and convert 10 potential clients per month.
• Lead, motivate, and support your sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Manage sales growth, profit margins, and customer balance for your team.
• Implement and drive the company''s multichannel strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent; a marketing/business degree or diploma is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office with strategic thinking skills.
• Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records.
