Dental Practice Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.Â
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.Â
• Capturing of billing & patient information
• Allocation of payments using medical billing software
• Medical aid, patient follow-ups & managing medical aid queries.Â
• Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc.Â
• Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care delivery.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical practice management role.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
