Senior IT Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead our IT recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of technical roles and be skilled in identifying top talent for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, business analysts, data scientists, project managers, and more.You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and technical communities.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of highly qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.
Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT industry, talent acquisition, and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and report on recruitment progress.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of IT positions, including but not limited to software engineering, data science, DevOps, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess technical skills and understand job requirements in the IT domain.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
Technical certifications or familiarity with coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance.
