Financial Director

You need:

• a strong financial background
• the ability to develop, implement, and refine systems and processes
• the ability to collaborate with IT developers to brief and spec system enhancements that support operational efficiency.
• to be a strategic thinker
• a hands-on approach to finance and business optimisation
• to be commercially minded making effort to understand the business model

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Staff Management
• Cash Management
• Investments, insurance, budgeting
• Drive the companys financial strategy
• Financial reports
• Cross Functional collaboration wrt system functionalities
• Development of the annual operating and capital budgets, and reporting
• Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools
• Comply with all regulatory requirements
• Responsible for Systems management and implementation
• Responsibility for the complete financial functions across different markets
• TAX and VAT regulation responsibility across different markets
• Compliance reporting and management
• Cross funtional collaboration with HR
• Oversee IT systems (all related to finance)

Salary will be market related and is negotiable for the right candidate.
