Head of Information and Communication Technology

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure optimal performance of technological infrastructure.
• Lead and manage the ICT team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee ICT governance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage service providers, vendors, and ICT projects within budget.
• Optimize value from ICT investments and mitigate risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of ICT experience, with 5+ years in management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 environments is a plus.
• Strong ICT management and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing ICT policies and procedures.
