Job Duties
  • Sales invoicing
  • Sales invoicing admin: Invoicing
  • Sales invoicing admin: Pre-notifications
  • Sales invoicing admin: Document packs to customers
  • Invoicing of sundry items: e.g. Stabilities
  • Maintain and distribute daily sales report
  • Track customer processing of invoices to payment
  • Delivery schedule:
  • Collate complete document packs for delivery
  • Debtors receipt processing
  • Debtors collection: Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Request remittance advises
  • Track invoice processing
  • Track Invoice Processing
  • Update Portal for P&G invoices
  • Update Microsoft Teams for P&G invoices
  • Sundry: Debtors month-end close
  • Print customer statements monthly
  • Send statements to customers
  • Agree debtors age to debtors control account
  • File invoices
  • File remittances
  • Cashbook processing
  • Process cash book
  • Creditors' payment processing
  • Payment allocation to invoices
  • CC Report preparation
  • Ancillary costs: Analyse and prepare explanations for variances vs budget and prior month
  • Prepare Journal to correct allocations if necessary
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Month-end close (GL rollover day)
  • All sales invoices are made out
  • Expense requisition
  • Update daily with the latest trial balance
