Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Projects
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, sales management, project management or logistics.
  • Thorough understanding and experience in all areas of sales support and office administration, including:
  • Keeping minutes at meetings
  • Typing quotations
  • Submitting tenders
  • Invoicing
  • Transport and shipping logistics
  • Managing of diaries
  • Answering queries
  • Ordering parts and stock
  • Timekeeping
  • Problem solving
  • Someone willing to commit for the long term
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • Reside in the West Rand, preferably close to Krugersdorp
