Duties and Responsibilities
  • Finance Management: Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations across the business.
  • Operations & Technical Balance: Split focus between operational efficiency and technical processes. Manage stock control, product management, and inventory accuracy.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance and admin staff, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business planning and decision-making, providing insights into financial trends and challenges.
Experience and Skills Required
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, with at least 4 years in a management capacity.
Skills Required
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage both operational and technical aspects of the business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
