MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • National Diploma in Human Resources Management (NQF 6).
  • 3 years’ experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office packages).
  • Valid driver’s licence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Refer recommended employees for entrance medical assessments
Schedule driving assessments where necessary
Ensure timeous writing and signing of appointment recommendation reports.
Receive and keep record of approved appointment recommendations.
Regularly update and check vacancy track-liner and provide feedback to line management and Recruitment unit.
Provide bi-weekly regional recruitment report to line management.

Serve in all the HR related statutory committees as well as in OHS and SCM bid committees as and when required.
