Job Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant within the luxury game lodge
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times
• Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that showcase local ingredients

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury restaurant management
• Understanding of luxury service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a luxury game lodge or high-end restaurant
• Certification in food safety and hygiene
• Knowledge of local cuisine and wine pairings
