Logistics Coordinator

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• 2 years experience in an FMCG export or logistics environment
• SAP

Duties:

• Export Coordination: Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders to ensure efficient processes.
• Invoice Verification: Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and timely submission to accounts.
• Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to export regulations and procedures within the department.
• Vendor Management: Monitor third-party service level agreements and investigate non-compliance issues.

Client Management:

• Order Management: Maintain accurate inventory and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Export Documentation: Prepare and verify export documentation to comply with customs regulations.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels against production plans to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Customer Communication: Provide regular updates on loading and shipment details to customers.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and address customer complaints promptly.
