Overview
Hire Resolve’s client, a healthcare facility, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join their team. As an Admin Manager, you will oversee the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative functions and operations
- Oversee the daily activities of administrative staff and assign tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Manage budgets and oversee spending related to administrative functions
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative staff
- Handle correspondence, reports, and requests for information
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
