Job Duties:

• Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
• Reporting on project progress to stakeholders
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree
• Project Management Qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in using MS Project or similar project management software
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in project management or construction-related fields
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working on construction sites and in office environments. The Project Manager may need to work evenings, weekends, or overtime to meet project deadlines.
