Were looking for a passionate, self-motivated Mid-Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team of creatives. You will report to our Managing Director, who will rely on you to confidently manage multiple brands across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development & Management: Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies, with specific emphasis on social media strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, with specific emphasis on Social Media channels.
- Copywriting and Content Creation: Create copy for clients and oversee content creation, ensuring messaging aligns with brand identity and client objectives.
- Creative Direction: Oversee projects executed by the design team, ensuring designs align with brand identity.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies, with specific emphasis on Social Media channels.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to develop and execute tailored brand and marketing strategies.
- Social Media Campaigns: create, test, monitor, optimize, and report on social media back-end campaigns, ensuring alignment with set client KPIs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign objectives, report on insights and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in brand and marketing management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related fields.
Skills: o Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.o Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
o Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
o Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, ClickUp or similar.
