Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate software
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
• Prepare reports on project status, budget, and resource allocation
• Assist in the development of project plans and budgets
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning or project management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in the mining industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
