Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2 to 5 years recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency
  • Willing to work overtime when required

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client’s specification
  • Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
  • Build up a database to support clients’ needs
  • Compile adverts and effective screening of response
  • Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
  • Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirements
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management
  • Ensure that the candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendance
  • Format resumes of candidates to meet client expectations
