New Vehicle Sales Manager

Salary: Market related

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as New Vehicle Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership
• Senior Certificate
• Valid South African Drivers License
• Ability to manage total financial and budgeting aspect of the department (E.g. Forecasting OEM, Reporting to OEM, Rebate Management, Floor Plan Management)
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High Level of motivation, initiative and integrity

Must be able to perform various tasks such as:

• Stock Control, including OEM reporting and floorplan management
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target (25 to 35 units delivered)
• Maintain and grow fleet customer basis
• Target new customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service internal to both internal and external clients
• Adhere to company standards and mange prescribed work processes
• Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling vehicles
