Key Responsibilities:

• Query Management: Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring all unresolved matters are closed effectively.
• Support with Urgent Requests: Handle time-sensitive requests to ensure customers needs are met efficiently.
• Administrative Assistance: Maintain accurate records and process orders accurately.
• Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the Sales Manager and customers, providing updates and follow-ups as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ease the workload of the Sales Manager and ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:
