Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their business needs and design effective research solutions using various methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.Research Management: Oversee the entire research process, ensuring high-quality outputs from start to finish.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Thought Leadership: Stay updated on market trends and contribute to business growth by applying best practices and innovative research techniques.
Additional Responsibilities:
Market Insights: Identify new opportunities for growth and contribute strategic solutions to both internal and client challenges.Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Team Development: Promote continuous learning and create a positive team culture.
Role Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a degree.Experience: 5-8 years in market research, particularly quantitative research.
Skills: Strong work ethic, self-starter, and high integrity. Excellent communication in English; knowledge of an additional South African language is a plus.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
