Minimum Requirements:
- Advantageous: Own vehicle and valid Drivers License.
- Beneficial: Previous experience on Pastel or any other Accounting software.
- Must have at least 1 - 3 years experience within a similar role.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitor the staff register on a weekly basis.
- Entering of supplier invoices on Pastel.
- Preforming reconciliations on Pastel Partner for Suppliers.
- Requesting statements and invoices from suppliers.
- Managing the Asset register.
