Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in sports apparel, footwear, and accessories, providing detailed product knowledge to customers and the sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate junior sales associates, offering guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, products are displayed attractively, and inventory levels are monitored.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are displayed in a way that encourages sales.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff on sales techniques, store policies, and product knowledge, helping them integrate into the team and reach their sales potential.
  • Promotions and Events: Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and product launches to drive foot traffic and sales.
