Temp Receptionist and Administrator

Our client based in George is looking for a Temp Receptionist/Administrator to join their team

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Answering of the phone and scheduling appointments
  • Taking down messages and managing emails
  • Dealing with payments
  • Working with medical aid claims, private accounts, and accounts
  • Welcoming patients
  • Stock control

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (with Mathematics/Accounting essential)
  • Available Monday - Friday and every second Saturday
  • Computer literate
  • Well-spoken and presentable
  • Prior experience in a medical reception / administrative position would be advantageous
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
