Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in the web-based software development lifecycle.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project planning and coordination.
• A solid understanding of HR processes is a significant advantage.
• Experience in business analysis within the HR sector is a plus.
• A technical background is beneficial but not essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from the HR and Learning software solutions.
• Drive innovation by offering suggestions on how to enhance system use and streamline client processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to gather business requirements.
• Configure the system to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Process Specifications.
• Provide consultation on HR-related matters in combination with the client's system.
• Offer post-implementation support, ensuring continued system success.
• Create and update training manuals and Quick Reference Guides for clients.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist with compiling Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
• Support project management activities throughout the software development process.
• Help develop test plans and assist with the testing of software to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Contribute to the training and mentoring of new team members.
