Internal Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our e-waste recycling services.
• Follow up on warm and cold leads to generate business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored recycling solutions.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed product/service information.
• Follow up on past clients to encourage repeat business.

Tracking & Reporting:

• Update and maintain lead sheets and call reports daily.
• Track customer interactions and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled appropriately.
• Report sales performance to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.

• 3-5 years previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales-driven role (preferably in recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors).
• Strong ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
• Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot & SAGE) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
